Prior to joining Helpusadopt.org, Nasha was the Events Manager for Community Action Program Legal Services, Inc. (CAPLAW), a nonprofit that provides legal resources and trainings to Community Action Agencies nationwide. She spent the early part of her career working in television and film production, shifting focus to event production after volunteering with the nonprofit Connections for Children in Southern California. Nasha has extensive experience in event management, communications, and customer service. She received her degree in Communications Media from Fitchburg State University in her home state of Massachusetts. Because of her nonprofit work, her decade as a babysitter, and her own family history, Nasha strongly believes that love makes a family. She is proud to spread that message and help build families through adoption as part of the Helpusadopt.org team.
Having spent the past two years working in the fertility industry at Cryos International, the largest sperm bank in the world, Erin has an intimate understanding of the difficulties that can arise when building one's family. At Cryos, she headed the Marketing and Client Services departments in the United States; establishing the company's reputation as one that truly cares. Erin attended Haverford College, a school known for instilling a sense of social justice in its graduates. She is grateful to be able to work with an organization that will continue to allow her to help people through such a difficult and exciting time in their lives.

Natalie’s background is in the arts, holding degrees in classical theatre and English. She has always been focused on using her work as a tool for social justice and awareness. In addition to performing, Natalie worked as an elder companion, and as a teacher in a low income district, promoting arts education, because all children deserve to find joy, healing, and empowerment in telling their own stories. Natalie grew up with roots on both the east and west coast, and now lives in Manhattan. It is an honor to be part of the Helpusadopt.org team and be working so closely with Becky as she brings her vision to new heights. Natalie is also a bass player and does the NYT Crossword every day
