She received her degree in Communications Media from Fitchburg State University in her home state of Massachusetts. Because of her nonprofit work, her decade as a babysitter, and her own family history, Nasha strongly believes that love makes a family. She is proud to spread that message and help build families through adoption as part of the team.

Having spent the past two years working in the fertility industry at Cryos International, the largest sperm bank in the world, Erin has an intimate understanding of the difficulties that can arise when building one's family. Erin attended Haverford College, a school known for instilling a sense of social justice in its graduates. She is grateful to be able to work with an organization that will continue to allow her to help people through such a difficult and exciting time in their lives.
